All our dishes are made using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Our pizzas are made using Type 1 stone-ground flour, extra virgin oil and finished with San Marzano tomatoes. Type 1 stone-ground flour retains the natural element of the wheat husk therefore being higher in fibre and easier to digest.
