Can you personalise my Jellycat?
Yes, we sure can! We can personalise all Jellycat soothers or medium bunnies on one or both ears. We can also personalise one of our knitted jumpers that fit nearly all medium Jellycats, with either a name or an initial.

How should I wash my Jellycat?
Give it plenty of love and care! Unless specified differently on the sew-in label, we suggest a gentle surface wash for all our toys using soap and cool water. Afterward, you can use a hair dryer with minimal or no heat to dry the fur. Certain soothers and comforters can be safely machine washed on a cool cycle – please verify the details on the sew-in label.
